Portrait Agreement
This agreement is between mHuerta Photography and the below named client. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by everyone involved.
Pricing:
All items are priced from the standard price list in effect at the time of this agreement. Products such as books and cards are sold after a $100 print purchase is made. Digital images can be purchased on CD. Prices are guaranteed 21 days following the date of the portrait session. Orders put in more than 21 days after the date of the session will be priced from the most recent price list in effect. All prices subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment:
Please make checks payable to mHuerta Photography, or Megan Huerta. Session fee payment is due by the time of the session.
Copyright Info:
All images are copyrighted by Megan Huerta. This includes those shown in your proofing gallery. It’s illegal to scan, copy, or reproduce Megan Huerta’s work in any manner or medium without her permission. This includes scanning of images on any kind of scanning machine both at home or in local stores such as Wal-mart, Target, Walgreens, etc. Also, clients may not authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use, personal use, or for photographic competitions/displays. Please contact Megan Huerta if you would like additional images. Copyright infringement is punishable by law, and violators will be prosecuted. Thank you for respecting Megan Huerta’s work by choosing not to reproduce her images.
Ordering Prints:
Images will be made available in the online gallery link emailed to you. Your gallery will be made available within 14 days of your session. There will be three weeks before your order is due and your gallery will no longer be available. Your final order will be available for pick up or delivery within 2-3 weeks.. Orders that include coffee table books may take up to 6-8 weeks.
Reprints:
All images will be kept for up to one year of your initial order. You are welcome to place a reprint order within that year. A $50 minimum order is required.
